We began the process with our first meeting with Jess in our home and from the get go she was extremely professional in her explanation of the entire process from start to finish. She was honest and up front from the beginning and stating she was not familiar with the market area/s we were looking at in search of our dream home but was open to making it work for us. Jess provided us with valuable insights and advice during the entire process particularly when it came to items such as structural and foundation concerns and even city ordinance etc.. She was very good at addressing unexpected issues during our process and was a huge advocate for any concerns we had even with the small things like internet services in our area.
