We'll also review and sign the listing contract and required disclosures so we're ready to hit the market.
Prep for Market
We’ll guide you through getting your home market-ready with staging tips and professional photography. Our goal is to make sure your home shines online and in person so it attracts the right buyers from day one.
Launch & Show
Your home will hit the market with our full-scale marketing plan, including a strong online presence, grass-roots networking, open houses, eye-catching signage, and social media platforms. Jess will manage showings and gather buyer feedback to keep you informed.
Offer Negotiation
When offers come in, we'll help you evaluate each one and negotiate terms that work for you. When offers include contingencies, we’ll manage the process and provide you with deadline reminders to ensure a smooth path to closing.
Close & Move
Once all contingencies are met, it’s time to close. You’ll sign the final paperwork, receive your proceeds, and hand over the keys. Congrats—your house is officially sold!
